Peter is an engineer and Harvard MBA by training, he has twenty-five years of experience in management consulting in Canada and abroad. He was formerly the Vice President of a state owned corporation in Africa with 16,000 employees. He has been responsible for leading large multi-disciplinary teams for complex PPP transactions worth over US$22 billion.

Arif has led numerous PPP/privatisation transactions and projects in different infrastructure sectors such as Power, Rail, Ports and Inland Waterways, Roads/Bridges and Water Supply.  He has been working with CPCS since 2001 and has an MBA from the Queen's School of Business, Kingston, Ontario.

Marc-André Roy

Marc-André Roy

Chief Operating Officer and Vice President, North America

Marc-André is responsible for the North American Division. He has led over 150 transportation-sector management consulting assignments for public and private sector clients in North America, Asia, South America, the Middle East and Africa. Marc-André was the top MBA graduate from the Schulich School of Business (2004) and is also the Immediate Past President of the Canadian Transportation Research Forum (CTRF).

Mohammed is a Chartered Professional Accountant with over 13 years of progressive corporate accounting and management experience across several industries. Hands on Controller with expertise in financial reporting, internal controls, budgets and forecasting as well as cash management.

Seán McDonnell

Seán McDonnell

Vice President, International 

Sean is responsible for CPCS' operations in Asia, the Carribean and the Middle East, he has 30 years' experience in 21 countries in a wide variety of consulting assignments. Sean has been involved in infrastructure development projects from the pre-feasibility stage through design and implementation to project appraisal, providing him with an excellent understanding of the complete project cycle.

Lisa Rhoades

Lisa Rhoades

Vice President, Corporate Development

Lisa is a business development professional with 15 years of experience in international trade promotion, working in both the Canadian public and private sectors.  She is working to enhance CPCS’ operating model, to deliver on strategy, and to drive increased performance through process simplification and optimization. She has worked for CPCS for eleven years and is a Principal Shareholder.

Philip Asante

Philip Asante

Vice President, West Africa

Philip holds a Master’s Degree in Economics and an MBA in International Business. He has extensive project preparation and implementation experience, with a particular focus on Public Private Partnership (PPP) projects, supporting both the public and private sector in structuring projects and raising equity and debt financing. Philip’s experience spans the energy, railways and ports sectors and over the last decade, he has been part of teams that have successfully closed over $2 billion worth of infrastructure projects.

Jean-Francois Arsenault

Jean-Francois Arsenault

Vice President, Afrique Francophone

Jean-Franςois (JF) has managed over thirty projects for both public and private clients in the energy, transport and mining sectors. He has experience leading multidisciplinary teams in both developed and emerging economies and has a solid technical knowledge in economics and finance.  Prior to joining CPCS, he worked for the African Development Bank and the Canadian International Development Agency.

Miho Ihara

Miho Ihara

Vice President, East and Southern Africa

Miho has played key roles in nearly 40 projects in Africa, North America, Asia, and the Middle East since joining CPCS in 2007, focusing on strategy/planning and Public-Private Partnerships (PPP/P3) in the transport and power sectors. She is a strong project manager with proven record of successfully managing multidisciplinary teams for complex projects. Miho holds a Master’s Degree from the Paul H. Nitze School of Advanced International Studies (SAIS), the Johns Hopkins University, USA.
