Transport Planners provide research in and development of strategic transport planning policies, programs and plans. Our Transport Planners develop, promote and build CPCS`s urban transport practice. Within the context of CPCS projects and marketing efforts, a Transport Planner will provide high level advice and options on strategic land use and transport planning developments to ensure sound transport planning practices are met. You would provide effective project management for projects around the world, including producing creative solutions for problems.
CPCS regularly requires Financial Analysts and Public Private Partnership (PPP) Specialists for its advisory mandates. Financial Analysts and PPP Specialists work closely with sector engineering and operations experts to build financial models and develop business cases, evaluate procurement options and prepare bid documents on the buy and sell side of PPP transactions, either advising Governments or private sector investors on infrastructure feasibility studies and transactions.
Financial Analysts / PPP Specialists have strong skills in modelling, financial statement analysis, Investment valuation, transaction structuring, document drafting and negotiations.
Railway Consultants at CPCS provide knowledge and leadership in the development, execution and management of rail projects worldwide. The have experience in railway operations, general management, engineering or rolling stock and are involved with the evaluation of existing track structure and other railway infrastructure, the planning of railway construction and rehabilitation projects, cost estimation and project scheduling.
Economists are responsible for supporting project development and implementation across the different sectors of our business. They carry out analysis of sector issues (power, transport and urban development) to support public/private partnership (PPP) development and transactions, feasibility studies, master planning and sector restructuring. Working as part of CPCS teams, you liaise with associates and members of our teams on projects worldwide.
